Yoo2 Rio felt like our home for 12 days in Rio and simply enjoyed everything! I can say that our hotel room offers one of the best views in Rio! And what do I have to say about its hospitality service? The manager, Nathalia, greeted us warmly and her team promptly helped us with any request that we needed! Best place to stay in Rio! Breakfast was perfect and the rooftop view was outstanding. Via the concierge, we booked a tour to see Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf and it was well worth every Rial!
The ac didn’t work well, so it got stuffy a few times in the middle of the night. The staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean and well kept. Great restaurants and shops at walking distance; not to mention the beautiful Copacabana Beach. I would stay at this hotel again. And Mr. Altino (I think that’s his name), the very nice gentleman who works at the front door in the afternoons is the best!
I loved the staff, the front desk guys are extremely helpful, the cleaning lady’s are awesome too, there’s tons of food areas around and the beach is super close. I wasn’t a fan of the homeless, beggars and sellers everywhere and if you want to avoid that go to Ipanema or leblon will be the cleanest but triple the price. The only issue I had was the steam room being stinky but everything else was great. The staff and breakfast is half of why I’d stay there again
My stay at Miramar by Windsor Copacabana was outstanding. The staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel warm and personal. The restaurant was a highlight of my trip — breakfast was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to start the day, and dinner in the evening was just as memorable, both for the food and the atmosphere. Truly a beautiful hotel with excellent service.
The internet is the only bad thing about the hotel. It is very slow. The hotel is clean and mordern, safe and secure. As with anywhere else in Rio, be careful walking around at night and definitely not long distances alone. Location is perfect!! It was a great stay.
