I was booked into another hotel and made a last minute reservation Pablo and Pablo, who basically manage the hotel, are the most professionl, ooutstanding, and friendliest people you will met. The whole staff goes out of their way to make sure you have an excellent experience. The hotel has beautiful surroundings. The atmosphere is tranquil . I was in a room with a balcony that overlooked the pool and courtyard it had a wonderful view of the sunset. Plus the rooms...

Best place to stay on the island!

Perfect spot if you prefer a cozier bed and breakfast type experience than a flashy big box hotel. Wonderful breakfast. We sleep great! Super central to a ton of restaurants and like 5-7 minute walk to the ocean

We enjoyed the atmosphere, food, facilities and landscape. The rooms and common areas show a nice design. We enjoyed the sauna and spa. The cuisine must be one of the best in the area with a pleasant atmosphere in the dining room and bar, always accompanied by a careful attention. The hotel's location is fantastic with views of the lake, city and volcanoes that is privileged. A highly recommendable experience.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful - it's lovely having a person on-site that is knowledgeable and able to book all regional tours on your behalf - the property and rooms have stunning views (and are evidently pretty new) and the hot tubs are a definite bonus. The menu changes every day, all delicious. We stayed 3 nights, we wish we could have stayed at least a week! Ps. The Termas del Sol nearby are well worth a visit!

Loved staying at Hare Noi! The staff was great and loved the food especially dinners. Loved the location outside of Hanga Roa but easy to get into town. Be prepared to wake up with the rooster crowing.

Good location and nice rooms

Maria and Paula took such great care of us. We loved breakfast each morning and having restaurant and activity suggestions to match what we had planned for the day. The hotel is clean and beautifully historic. Couldn’t ask for a better hotel
