"We had a fantastic vacation. All the staff from the valets to the concierge's were extremely helpful, professional, and kind. For longer stays maybe have some different food rotations at the restaurants. Also, the Palapa bar should be open later to give another option in the evenings - maybe have one bar for adults and the other one for families. There were a lot of children running around late at night supervised, and unsupervised. But overall, this day was a 9 out of 10."

"Coba is a great place to stay. Beds are firm but bed toppers are available.Rooms are dated but didn't bother us as they are clean and comfy. We had upgraded bracelets so we could visit other areas. I'd recommend this as Coba buffet for lunch and dinner is good but repetitive. All staff were amazingly helpful. We had bed toppers and help with AC within an hour of request. Pools and beach areas are beautiful."

"We’ve stayed at many all-inclusives in the area including the Wyndham Azteca and Westin Cozumel and this resort is better in most ways. The food is extremely high quality, the staff are wonderful, and the grounds are beautiful. We had some problems with the first room we were given but a man named Daniel found us an updated room that was perfect. The gym is the best hotel gym I’ve ever seen, and I travel a lot. "

They always went above and beyond for making hard to find reservations, helping with the room needs outside the hours, making personal recommendations for the area attractions, etc. The resort is beautiful and is sprawling (includes 5 different resorts, with one being your primary). They have great shows and great options for dining or snacking or relaxing. Excellent and fun workout activities. Would go back again. "

"Pool was nice a little cool but you got used to it. We’re more beach people so we spent most of our time there. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Claudia,Isabelle, Yeplady (?) and Eduardo??, (not sure of the last two’s names sorry) went above and beyond! Rooms were well cleaned daily. Food was great!"

The restaurant had a wide selection of really delicious options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The entire staff was extremely friendly, courteous and very attentive. "The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. "

"Amazing property, amazing property owner. Will book again! The tree house hammock was amazing. This was not a traditional hotel, but i expected that. It was a fair distance unpaved and off road (pot holes on the road, but it is all new construction) to get to the location from the front gateway area. The property was clean, quiet, and nicely put together. It is in the forest, you do have to remember to bring "off bug spray", and you have to know that other guests can hear you if you are too...
