"The grounds were lush and green with creatures roaming throughout. Pools were great, ample food options but challenging to get into the more desirable restaurants. The buffets were better than others I've had at all inclusuves. Location adjacent to Xcaret was a plus and easily walkable for park activities. I had a great short massage in the spa. The kids loved it! "

"Great glamping experience! Spacious and comfortable tent. Personal bathroom with shower. Great shared kitchen with small breakfast included. Lots of drinkable water included. Staff were very nice. Only one of the bikes in working condition and the rest were in desperate need of repair. Make sure to bring bug repellant. The pool was not as advertised, but fine. There is a great cenote and cave nearby to enjoy. "

"Clean rooms and great service. Everyone is polite and ready to be at service from the front desk to the concierge. Loved the villa with the balcony, the pool and the beach. Great place for families and kids. Actually, the distance from Bahía Príncipe to the bench is walkable but the shuttles were on time and it was fun riding them. There are drinks everywhere and the food in the buffet was delicious. Beautiful sunsets, shows, music, and space to sit and enjoy the nice weather. Highly...

"We’ve stayed at many all-inclusives in the area including the Wyndham Azteca and Westin Cozumel and this resort is better in most ways. The food is extremely high quality, the staff are wonderful, and the grounds are beautiful. We had some problems with the first room we were given but a man named Daniel found us an updated room that was perfect. The gym is the best hotel gym I’ve ever seen, and I travel a lot. "

They always went above and beyond for making hard to find reservations, helping with the room needs outside the hours, making personal recommendations for the area attractions, etc. The resort is beautiful and is sprawling (includes 5 different resorts, with one being your primary). "Pool was nice a little cool but you got used to it. We’re more beach people so we spent most of our time there. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a wide selection of really delicious options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The entire staff was extremely friendly, courteous and very attentive. "The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. "

"Amazing property, amazing property owner. Will book again! The tree house hammock was amazing. This was not a traditional hotel, but i expected that. It was a fair distance unpaved and off road (pot holes on the road, but it is all new construction) to get to the location from the front gateway area. The property was clean, quiet, and nicely put together. It is in the forest, you do have to remember to bring "off bug spray", and you have to know that other guests can hear you if you are too...
