"The location is absolutely unmatched, rooms are steps away from the Caribbean ocean. The views are absolutely spectacular. Amenities and activities are minutes away from ferry rides to Isla Mujares, boat club, downtown etc. There is even a water park to kid the kiddos occupied. "If you are on budget it is okay but be prepared to a very old facility built in the 60's and not renovated. Appliances are from the same time period and often fail to work. It is very conveniently located and the pool is cozy and clean. Communication with the hotel is impossible. Tried calling for days without an answer. Same calling reception. Just being fair... I love Cancun!"

If it’s your first time in cancun and you plan on doing excursions and not being at the resort 24/7 this place is a great pick. Lots of restaurants and grocery store nearby so we were able to plan our trip on a budget. Pool was good and the water was calm and no seaweed. Even saw some fish while snorkeling right off the beach. Room was cleaned everyday. Provided lots of water, coffee and even gifted bottles of wine....
