You pay for breakfast but I had the best waffles, lemon curd and blueberries I have ever had in my life! The room was comfortable and it had a balcony that looked out on the street. We appreciated the safe and the very comfortable bed. The shower was hot and had lots of pressure. We couldn’t hear any noise other than traffic noise. The staff was very helpful. Across the street is an old hotel with a cozy delicious place to have dinner.

I wanted a nice, quiet environment where I could relax without the hustle and bustle a typical beach environment brings. I didn't want vendors bothering me every few moments nor share a beach with 200 other strangers. This is why Capella was an excellent choice! The rooms with a private-edge infinity pool are a must for couples wanting to relax by the pool with a nice drink in hand. We will be back!

Ensueno de Fuga Hote is clean, the staff is very friendly, the owner bakes fresh bread every day. The hotel is close to the beach and the hotel provides towels. It is very pleasen to be in the pool. We are going back.

It was an amazing and unique experience, one of the best hotels i been to, perfect for couples who want to get away and want something different from the typical hotel experience, very secluded and one of the best views in all acapulco, definitely gonna try and go back as soon as posible.

We loved our time at Tres.Muejeres. Troncones is. Quiet town and relaxing is a premium. Most staff were wonderful. Housekeeping was great and helpful as was front desk staff (wish I remembered names - one nice gentleman didnt speak English, but with my little Spanish we managed - the other was new and spoke English). The location is great with a short 10-15 minute walk to town either by surface street along the canal or the path along the water. Rooms are rustic and comfortable with private deck, hammock, fridge, coffee maker, daily maid service providing bottled water and even nightly turn down service where they replace the flower petals on your bed with something like coconut macaroon cookies. in the afternoons there was a bottle of tequila out for sampling in the lobby. We spent seven full nights at Portofino and it was truly serene. Three things stood out: 1) The staff. Our servers E and A were truly amazing. Sometimes there was a language barrier, but it was more entertaining than a negative. As a US resident visiting a foreign country I don't expect our hosts to automatically speak english and it was actually more authentic to wade through some back and forth. Really good for a family of 4

This property was amazing we wanted to get away and relax and that’s exactly what we did. The restaurant was so good, all the staff were super accommodating and friendly. The only thing I would say is that it is far from anything and we weren’t really informed of any activities that were offered outside of the property

Our stay here was relaxing. From the moment we checked in, the staff was professional, welcoming, and helpful, making sure to explain all the amenities and details clearly. 5min walk to the beach plus restaurants around the corner. I will definitely come again!
