"Stay was in November 2025: Exceptionally clean and a modern style facility. Breakfast buffet has many, many options that you'll find something to satisfy your taste. The other restaurants and good was good as well with our favorite being the steak house restaurant as we decided to eat there twice during our stay for dinner. Our next favorite would be the Hibachi restaurant. We were Enclave members and absolutely loved the separate quarters and amenities for VIP members. The staff were all so friendly and helpful with a special thanks to Eduardo our personal concierge who introduced himself on Whats App before we even arrived and then meet us on day one and made us feel like we were his only attending guests. The resort is so so so huge, but luckily we stayed in building #1 as a VIP (Enclave) members and did not have to experience far walks or waiting for the curtesy golf carts for guest. We encountered plenty of raccoons on the resort that roam freely however if you truly don't bother them they won't bother you. My daughter and I had a great time celebrating her 35th birthday and overall I give this resort a 10 out of 10. I honesty can't find something that I ultimately disliked. "
"I had an amazing time at Dreams Tulum Resort — the property is beautiful, the vibe is relaxing, and the staff made my stay really special. The rooms and grounds were gorgeous, and I truly enjoyed the overall experience.
If I had one small piece of feedback, I’d recommend choosing the restaurants over the buffet — the restaurant food was definitely better in quality and flavor. Other than that, everything about my stay was wonderful, and I’d absolutely come back and recommend it to others.

" Very much enjoyed my stay at Be tulum. Staff was attentive and polite, rooms were as shown very spacious and secluded. Area around resort was safe and walkable to several other properties as well as eating shopping and convenience store. "
"The staff was very friendly & helpful! The pools are a great feature but NOTHING compares to the view of the beach, rolling waves, and the relaxing atmosphere. "
"The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Our rooms were incredible with Súper comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and beautifully decorated. The pools were gorgeous and clean and the gym well equipped. The staff were all so lovely and helpful. Alvero in the bar/restaurant was especially wonderful and made our stay really special. It was my birthday and they presented us with wine, fruit and cake. Really kind. "
