"The room was clean. There was a mini split and a fan, which was nice. I didn't like the shower, but my husband didn't mind it. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The bus is a couple of blocks away, and for 12 pesos, it will take you to the hotel zone and the beach."

"I needed a last minute room in Cancun. This hotel is basic and a bit dated, but room was clean , good A/C, WiFi and hot water. Breakfast is average, items not replenished that often and limited choice. Nevertheless, good value for the money and there is a large shopping mall opposite with extensive food outlets."

"Authentically boutique hotel, great roomy room priced right decorated with locally sourced furnitures, pool, amazing service by the team not to mention within the courtyard of the hotel they an oyster & sushi bar, restaurant, coffee bar, cocktail lounge each with its own unique vibe- and a speak-easy smoke lounge. Located in Cancun down town, plenty of restaurants, cafe and bars within 5 minutes walk-in distance one will experience local vibes away from very touristy areas. And R1 & R2 bus ride...
