The hotel was right on the beach. The beach was beautiful with the softest white sand. I wish I had spent more days there.

It was a really nice property. Always kept clean, very nice and helpful staff from front desk to waitstaff to cleaning staff and maintenance. Beach was beautiful with reserved beach beds for guests. We also enjoyed the food in the restaurant, especially the ceviche. We would stay there again.

The staff was very excellent.

Convenient location, quiet, no frills place to stay while we visited the island. Excellent price.

Nautibeach is a perfect spot if you want a great beach. Pool is 50' from the ocean. View is amazing. Our room had a great balcony view of the pool and ocean. Check in was quick. The room was nice and clean. Keep in mind, the property is older so the rooms are older but daily service was great. The restaurant and bar at the hotel during the day is a typical beach bar but at night becomes an upscale restaurant. It is a little too upscale for the area and the price point is a little high but...

This resort fell why short of my expectations. The images was a false reflection of the accommodations and access to the pool was via the restaurant which I found to be inconvenient. It also lacked the basic amenities I am accustomed to in a resort. The staff was no super helpful when I asked for stuff for the room.

Fantastic view, nice room, only drawback is the mattress and pillows were very hard. That made it very difficult to get comfortable and so I had a very restless night, but otherwise the hotel is in a great location with a fabulous view of the bay and Cancún across the water.

I got to say Oscar it was so good giving info or making sure that I have anything that I need it, I will definitely come back

Awesome location, clean rooms, great view. Nice pools. Staff not super warm but might have been the language barrier. Easy walk from the ferry and close to all of the businesses in playa Norte but still feels removed and quieter than the rest of the surrounding area. It was cool to see the turtles at night right from the hotel. Would stay here again if visiting the Island.

Beach view from room is second to none. Check in is not until posted. Don’t be like me and try to get there early.

Staff was friendly is the only thing going for this hotel. Sheets were filthy Bathroom was covered in mold Walls were paper thin and one could hear everything going on in other rooms and I am not a light sleeper. I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular-but this did not even meet basic 1star experience.

Great place for a couple of nights, staff was very friendly.
