" I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Moon Palace Resort, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! This luxurious all-inclusive resort is perfect for families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The resort boasts an impressive array of amenities, including 7 outdoor pools, a water park with a giant waterslide, and a FlowRider. The beach is stunning, with white sand and crystal-clear waters, perfect for swimming, kayaking, or simply soaking up the sun. The rooms are spacious and comfortable The service is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who cater to your every need. Dining is a highlight, with 16 restaurants and 11 bars serving a variety of cuisines, from Mexican to Brazilian to Asian. The buffet options are impressive, and the a la carte restaurants offer a more intimate Overall, I highly recommend the Moon Palace Resort for an unforgettable vacation experience. "

"I've stayed in Cancun many times and this was one of my favourite hotels. The hotel rooms were new and clean and very comfortable. We upgraded for an ocean view and it was beautiful. The food was amazing. The food was amazing, but what stood out the most was the staff. All staff members throughout the entire resort were very friendly and happy to be there working and wanted to make sure that all guest received good service. Every day we went to the pool and sat in the same section because we truly enjoyed Pedro. He made our trip. He was always willing to go above and beyond. If I were to give one critique, it's the beach itself. I loved the beach, but it was too small and I very much enjoy having beach chairs on the beach for at least one or two days of my vacation, but I was unable to do that. That wouldn't prevent me from returning to this resort because I found it excellent."

"Great time. Had one of the four oceanfront swim up pool next to the big gazebo. Awesome spot. Quick walk to pool if that's your thing or just chill on the patio, in the pool, or right on the beach. Food was great overall. Some things weren't to our liking and other things we got twice! Drinks were generally weak. Awesome coffee! Got couples massage at Magic Spot, 2 minute walk from the front gate. Saw some raccoons and a possum a few times - good bug eaters and they ignore you. Beach is really small. Seaweed is around. I was bad one morning after a pretty windy prior day but they had people out there cleaning it up. They offer numerous activities like yoga, stretching, neat little arts and crafts, pool games, nightly shows - do it all or do nothing! I'd go back. "

"We absolutely loved this place. So much to explore and see. They had a cool spell the week we were there so didn’t get to enjoy snorkeling but the exploration kept us busy. We will definitely be going back"
