They really try to have many varieties of food to suit all palates. The only complaint is I wish they had more to do in the evening-a dancing club would be nice. "

"I like to stay at this hotel, they used to have restaurant in the reception area but now only breakfast. There is shop near the hotel they have food service as well but the food is kind of expensive. The rest it is secure and peaceful polite workers. "

"Beautiful condo, very clean. On a very busy road, but you get used to the road sounds easily. Inma was a great host, provided us with extra cleaning during our 12 day stay. Be aware that there is 703A that we stayed at with full kitchen living room 2 bathrooms and bedroom. There is also 703B that is only room with bathroom. I think some people were confused when booking."

"Hyatt Zilara is okay but seems to be isolated. There are little shopping shops around the hotel. Cars are rushing on the front road and it is hard and dangerous to come across the road over the crosswalk."

"This was our second time staying at the InterContinental Presidente Cancun Resort By IHG. The view was breathtakingly beautiful and peaceful, the property is clean and comfortable, and the staff is amazing! They are kind, friendly, engaging, and willing to speak in English and Spanish as your language skills/comfort allow. My 14 year old American daughter would love to see more food and dining options. But, I was content eating at the restaurant on the beach daily. Five stars across the board!...

"Amazing 5-day vacation at the resort (5/5). Loved Kao and Capella restaurants for dinner as well as the buffet and Vibra restaurant for breakfast. 2-bedroom suite was awesome with three bathrooms. Whole family satisfied. Pools and bars were great. Only issue is the amount of seaweed on the beach but still wouldn’t stop me from returning 😀"

"This is my favorite place in Cancun. The rooms are spacious and very clean. It's on the best beach in Cancun and very close to a big supermarket. They gave me a free upgrade, welcomed me with a bottle of wine, and since it was my birthday they decorated my room — it was a great surprise. Staff were amazing. Highly recommend!"
