"Hyatt Zilara is okay but seems to be isolated. There are little shopping shops around the hotel. Cars are rushing on the front road and it is hard and dangerous to come across the road over the crosswalk."

"This is a top notch choice for a high end, adult only, all inclusive property. The food was fantastic all around, staff wonderful and upgraded room spectacular. Only downsides were abundant seaweed and erratic WiFi - but highly recommended."

"Short stay just for one night before heading back to airport, condo is in Park Royal resort, access to beach, keyless access is great, comfy and clean room, bathroom needs some restoration though but it's clean. Great support from staff at all time via whatsapp, clear instructions for check in/out, free parking. Walking distance to La Isla mall and a pharmacy. Safe area."

"This was our second time staying at the InterContinental Presidente Cancun Resort By IHG. The view was breathtakingly beautiful and peaceful, the property is clean and comfortable, and the staff is amazing! They are kind, friendly, engaging, and willing to speak in English and Spanish as your language skills/comfort allow. My 14 year old American daughter would love to see more food and dining options. But, I was content eating at the restaurant on the beach daily. Five stars across the board!...

"Excellent stay at the Marriott all inclusive. High standards, staff is very helpful and very nice at all times. Very clean and well maintained. We booked a room with resort view, but we could still see the ocean. Love the adult only side for quiet times, while enjoying the pool activities on the family side."

"This is a horrible old property that is being offerred at exuburate prices. It has a motel feel. We tried 3 restaurants and all had horrible food. We ended up going across the street to Ilios for some good food, Luckily we were only there for one night. "
