"This was our second time staying at the InterContinental Presidente Cancun Resort By IHG. The view was breathtakingly beautiful and peaceful, the property is clean and comfortable, and the staff is amazing! They are kind, friendly, engaging, and willing to speak in English and Spanish as your language skills/comfort allow. My 14 year old American daughter would love to see more food and dining options. But, I was content eating at the restaurant on the beach daily. Five stars across the board!...

On top of that, it’s right in the middle of the nightlife—clubs, bars, and restaurants are all within walking distance. If you’re looking for convenience and a lively atmosphere, this spot is hard to beat."

"Everyone went out of their way for us. The front desk, bartenders, and concierge were very accommodating. The rooms were old but clean. There was a mini bar(no alcohol) and coffee maker which were all convenient. Oh and nightly entertainment lead by GIO was very fun. If you have a choice stay here at the Krystal Cancun NOT the Krystal Grand. "
