"A True 5 Star resort. We (2 Adults and Twin Kids of 3.5 Yrs.) stayed for 9 days (8 nights) in The Grand and had an amazing time. The hotel is very clean. The food is overall good and the drinks are great. This was one of the resorts when you truly had the feeling the staff enjoyed working there something we did not always experience in other five star resorts. Genuinely nice warm people. "We visited Blue Angel for a week. The dive shop is located on property. You walk to the end of the dock to catch the boat each morning. Shore diving is included The restaurant is excellent. Friendly staff who make it a point to learn your names & welcome you each time you visit. We ate the majority of our meals at the resort because of the excellent food and laid-back atmosphere. "This is the third time we have stayed at Hotel Plaza Cozumel, and as before, everything was wonderful. Location is easy to walk to most places we wanted to go to. Staff are friendly, helpful and lovely. Simple, included breakfast, makes it easy to eat and get going. Rooftop pool has great views and lots of space."
