I will start by saying that we have stayed that this location several times over the years, but it has been let go to the point that I don't know that we will stay here, again.The guy working the front counter did not even speak when he walked behind the desk. I told him my last name & we were checking in.First thing he said to me was, "I need a credit card, we put a $100 hold on your card for 3-14 days".Then he directed us where to park, & we were on the opposite end of the hall from where he told us to park. There was literally an exit to the parking lot right around the corner from our room.First thing I did was go to use the bathroom,when I turned the light & fan on, the fan sounded like nothing I have ever heard for a bathroom fan. It was so loud and rattled so bad that it could not be used. I have a video of it and was hoping to be able to share it, but it's pics only.The shower door was missing the towel holder & there was 2 holes where the holder used to be. The bottom of the tv looked like it had been melted & the remote was held together with tape (forgot to get a pic). Bathroom sink was missing a stopper, so if you dropped an earring or anything, it was gone.The light fixture looked a mess. The fridge was in a closet and I had to push it back with my foot to even get the fridge door to open. Lastly, the thermostat was messed up.It showed it being on 60 when we walked in & it cut on & off approximately every 3 min. all night. For the cost-not worth it.
