Customer service = self service. The staff seemed to be bothered to assist us. Valet was unavailable. Parked a mile away and walked. The is no gym, though it was advertised. One employee said there was a gym, but when he went in there to check it out after being off for two days, he said nothing worked and it was closed. "Free breakfast" was a muffin and banana. The restaurant is only open for dinner and I did not see a single patron. Called to ask the front desk for linens on arrival and was told, "yeah, come downstairs and get it." Room above us leaked water through the light fixture into our bathroom when the guests showered. We woke to a flooded bathroom. I asked the front desk for help and she shrugged and said "oh yeah, I remember that happened before with the room above the library." No suggestion for help. I asked for her to call maintenance and return a call to my cell phone with either a resolution or to let me know they would be switching our room. The entire day went by with no call. When I went by the front desk to ask for an update that night, they said "it's been taken care of." We did not receive housekeeping service at all during our stay either, though she was happy to let us into our room when neither of our keys would work. Printer was broken and they could not print me a receipt. I can't believe I have to pay for this stay. It was terrible all the way around. Never. Again. I would appreciate a call from the General Manager.
