Hotel sin mantenimiento, mal cuidado

Hotel le falta mantenimiento. Si bien su personal es muy amable, las habitaciones del hotel están y los pasillos con alfombras sucias, cuartos igual, con cables salidos, camas duras, sin burós, sin jabón en el baño ni acondicionador, con tubos de la Plomeria expuestos, sin coladeras, plafones y cortinas sucias. Cortina sin blackouts…. De verdad la calificación de este hotel no refleja para nada lo q es; de hecho dormí una noche ahí por que llegue tarde pero al día siguiente me cambié de hotel. Lo q tiene bien es la alberca (q solo vi), pero con lo descuidado q tienen cuartos e interiores basta para salir huyendo. Una lástima que no corroboren la calificación que se está dando a los establecimientos, por que confías, reservas y te llevas estos fiascos.
Todas las alfombras en pasillos y cuartos sucias. No hay forma de pisarlas descalzo

RATS AND RAT DROPPINGS IN ROOMS. No refund offered EVEN THOUGH WE DID NOT STAY EVEN 1 NIGHT AT THIS HOTEL. 0 accountability. TERRIBLE communication. Stay at the Marriott. Well worth the extra money. Currently working with hotels.com for refund. DO NOT STAY HERE UPDATE, our refund was denied. They are thieves. We stayed in the room a total of a few hours, yet we were still charged 3 nights.
