We were super happy staying here. The property was very nice. Our room was #208. We had a view of trees and the side street (which was actually pretty quiet). We used the side door that is right by the parking lot and took the stairs to our room, to come and go with our room key (more convenient than the elevator). The room was nicely updated and was very clean. Linens were nice and new as well. No stains and towels were nice and thick. Kitchen was stocked with kitchen items. You can also borrow items if needed from the front desk. The breakfast had a super nice selection of items. Front desk staff was very nice, as well as the lady attending to the food. Food/drink items in the onsite store were pricey though. So beware. No charge for parking either!
Super easy to get anywhere in Fort Worth. The first night staying there, we took a Lyft to get to downtown. Cheap, but found we were perfectly fine with walking. Definitely recommend walking or even renting the E-bikes for 24 hours to get around. Lots of one way streets and pay to park lots. There are bike return spots throughout the city as well as the Stockyards. The 3 1/2 days we were there, we never drove our car. Walking took 15 minutes to get to the train station to get to downtown Dallas (very nice/safe). We took the TRE train for $12 roundtrip, that was good for 20 hours. Took 12 minutes to walk to downtown. Took about 14? minutes to ride the bikes to the Stockyards. E-bikes were $10 for 24 hours.
