Checking in was everything but wonderful. It was beyond awful. Extremely unprofessional and made us uncomfortable.
The gentleman at the desk was helping another guest when we arrived. He was havign difficulty with the guests card and had to call someone, he ended up hanging up on the person on the phone and said stupid dumb mother eff. Was rasing his voice asking how to charge the guests card so he can get is effing money. And kept repeating that, he apologized saying he was in a bad mood. That he wasnt supposed to work and they forced him and he wanted to go to sleep. Kept saying not to bother him anymore because he wanted to go to sleep. Finally got to our check in, and he was again saying not to bother anymore cause he wanted to sleep. Was upset i was not using the card on file with Hotels.com, i forgot that card so i had to use a different one. We kept asking for a receipt and was told they couldnt give us one. The elevator did not have the service/maintenance report which is legally required. It was removed. I do have photo and video.
The curtains in the room did not close all the way, there was about a 4 inch gap, we had to use a hair clip to have privacy from the outside, which our room was very visible from the outside.
Beyond unpleasant. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
