The location of the property was in a secluded area behind the owers house surrounded by rough looking houses. There were stray cats and dogs walking around at all hours barking and meowing at my dog and I. As well as one dog that was chained up to a tree 24 hours a day and a cat that came to the door meowing and scratching as soon asitnwas night time. These animals belonged to the owners neighbors not the actual owner of the property.
I booked this property for it's pet friendly policy as well as being an hour drive from Zion. The cabin itself was cozy, it had: a Roku TV, a space heater, a swamp cooler, a queen sized bed, a toliet, sink, mirror, coffee maker, towels, and a shower tub combo. The water pressure was very nice but hot/warm water did not last very long, maybe 10 minutes tops. The parking space was conveniently located right next to the cabin which was great for unpacking and packing up. When I first arrived checking in was a bit messy as I could not get through to the owner, I was contacting Hotels.com and about to leave when he walked up to my car asking if I was lost. His name was Russ and he was a really nice guy. He said he doesn't take phone calls only text messages because his voice mail is full of messages from robo calls. He was nice and gave me a walk thorough of the property.
Over all I wouldn't stay again, it was definitely overpriced for the location. The pictures posted on here don't show the surrounding area, it did not feel that safe staying there.
