The service was appalling for an international hotel at this price point, and I would have given zero stars if possible.
Checking in late, I was give a wrong room type. Didn’t complain at checkin as after midnight, but contacted the hotel directly by email following day. Received confirmation of receipt email, but never any response. Receptionist was unaware of issue when I returned and only grudgingly transferred me to the correct room type (no apology or consideration).
Being tired from late travel and check in, I declined room cleaning at 9am but was surprised that room was not attended when returning at 7pm.
Pool closes super early (8pm)
Sitting at pool bar, there were no attendants, and I had to go look for one (2 other couples
were waiving for attention) even thought this was the only part of the pool bar area that had guests.
When attendant finally appeared, he took the order wrong. After returning, he was unaware that a gin-tonic also required tonic (not just gin)
Hotel and room is OK, but service is terrible given the price point. Not coming back
