The condition of this hotel was awful, the room smelled like cigarettes (we asked for non-smoking) and mold. The sheets on both beds were so grossly stained, that we didn't even bother to look at the bathroom before walking out to request a refund.
The manager wasn't there at the time and the receptionist claimed she couldn't process a refund without him. So we left to find a new hotel and asked them to have the manager contact us the next day. The manager called and said they had refunded our stay to Expedia, unfortunately, this turned out to be a lie, they never did send the refund, and would not speak with an Expedia customer care agent after we called them to ask about it. So, I would stay away from this property, especially if you're traveling with children. It was completely subpar and frankly, I was amazed that Expedia would do business with an establishment of such a poor quality. The price was certainly cheap as far as hotels go, but I will most certainly stay away from Ramada's from now on. Also, I may not be pre-paying for my hotels in advance after this experience.
