The reception staff is friendly but not so close, they are very indifferent, however the room cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful, the pool staff is very dry, cold and a little intimidating, even I would say very unpleasant. When you arrive at the reception and walk to the elevators there is a very unpleasant aroma like vomit, and this was the case every day we were there, they do not give you or give you bottles of water to drink. As for breakfast, it is not bad, but it is very repetitive and with very little variety, however the staff is very friendly and super helpful. As for the rooms, they are very clean, a good size, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is a good size, the shower has very good pressure and the water temperature is very good, it has a kitchenette (which we did not use) but a very good idea and option. with refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, sink, dishes, dishes and cutlery. The view from our room was very nice and finally the location is easy to access, there are several subway stations within a 3 to 4 block walk and several bus lines and it is very well located. What I did NOT like is that despite having already paid in advance, they made us pay a deposit of 450 USD, which to date (6 days they have not returned) and the worst thing is that on the second day they tried to make another automatic charge for it same amount of deposit and that is very bad, that they tried to do it without consent, that was very unpleasant
