One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Despite fully prepaying for the room, the hotel placed three separate holds on my credit card: $100 deposit, $119.74 and $136.74 — totaling nearly $600 for a $250 stay. I received no response after multiple messages. When they finally replied, they told me to contact my bank (even though they placed the hold), and had the nerve to lecture me about being “respectful.” Extremely unprofessional.
The first room smelled awful, had dirty socks on the floor, and a toilet full of stains and scratches. When we asked to change rooms, the front desk staff was rude and dismissive. The second room wasn’t much better — still musty and dirty. Even worse, our room door was knocked on multiple times after midnight, which made us feel unsafe. And the room key never worked, so we had to go back to reception every single night.
In short: Dirty rooms, poor hygiene, security concerns, unhelpful staff, and no communication. A terrible experience from start to finish. I will share this experience across every major review platform. Avoid at all costs.
