Good location and great amenities
Overall, a great hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Loved the complimentary mandarin orange juice taps that were provided for guests. The hotel was also located in a good location which was near the onsens and convenience stores nearby. The shopping street was also a stone's throw away. Definitely value for money and will consider staying in this property again when I am back in the area.

Great hotel w/o "onsen"
The hotel does not have "onsen" (hot spring) at its own facility. However, it does not matter much since you may want to try famous and historical "onsens" in Dogo area anyway. Room was clean and comfortable. All staff were friendly and professional. Only catch might be its Wi Fi speed.

仕事で宿泊しました。大変行き届いたサービスで、生活で可愛らしいお部屋でした。朝食も野菜やフルーツがたっぷりで、手作り感があり、一工夫されていて大変美味しかったです。朝から自分でジュースプレッサーで搾りたてみかんジュースが作れるのが楽しいです。次回松山に来る際も絶対に宿泊させていただきます。

一人旅で利用しました。蛇口から出る、飲み放題のみかんジュースがとても美味しかったです。施設も清潔で良かったのですが、靴を脱いで裸足で部屋まで行くのがわかりにくかったので、フロントで説明があればと思います。 バスタオルが選べて使い放題なのも嬉しかったです。フェイスタオルは1枚しかないので、外湯に持っていくと、翌朝は乾いたタオルがないです。 アメニティの品質と、エレベーターが1台しかないことが残念でしたが、コスパ的に大満足で、道後温泉に行く機会があればまた利用したいと思います。

Die Anreise mit dem Auto erwies sich als schwierig. Der Strasseneingang zum Hotel war nicht klar und die Straßen selbst waren sehr eng, aber das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und Parkplätze gegen Aufpreis vorhanden. Die Hoteletage war im traditionell japanischen Stil. Nach dem Aufzug mussten Schuhe ausgezogen werden. Es standen japanische Sandalen zur Verfügung für den Gang zum Onsen. Das Zimmer selbst wirkte sehr abgenutzt. Es gab zu wenige Fenster, bzw. waren diese nur beim Badezimmer, Flur, WC und klein. Bei der Badewanne war Schimmel erkennbar und der Vorhang roch danach. Viel Staub vor allem bei den Fenstern. Das Hotel bot Yukatas an und war sehr nahe bei den "berühmten" Dogo Onsens. Reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants waren geboten. Störend empfand ich es, dass bereits bei der Ankunft und auch beim Blick auf dem Fenster ein Vergnügungsviertel der anderen Art zu sehen war. Als Frau fühlte ich mich nicht sicher nachts.
