The place was clean and new, big bed, on the ground floor.
However, it was not what I was looking for. I stayed in "apartment 1" which was not an apartment, it was like a hotel room.
I needed a place to work, with a basic kitchen, and the room had no kitchen (only a Nespresso machine and a kettle) and no chairs or table, so I was holding my computer in my lap sitting on the bed (good wifi connection, by the way).
There are others units that are apartments, on other floors (there is no elevator) but mine wasn't. Probably my fault for not reading the whole description of utilities in depth, but when you see "apartment" you don't expect a hotel room. I could have booked a hotel someplace else but I needed something different from just a room.
Being in the ground floor is nice as you don't have to take the luggage upstairs, but the ring on the door when people access the building is REALLY loud and it rings for like 5 seconds, so if travellers arrive late at night, you are going to be waken up several times.
Overall it was a ok stay, but I won't probably come back because it didn't work for me.
