Staff in restaurants do not have customer awareness when the guest walks in you have to find your own place to sit and do not pay attention to customers they need training for communication skills, how to welcome customers and how to improve to attend customers for hospitality, the experience was very poor for the standards of supreme hotel. Customers have to wait for services whilst they all attending to one table if you can put enough staff when you have big numbers this will allow staff to balance work load rather than other customers to wait for longer periods before no one attends to them. Plates not being cleared after you finished eating. This will just put you off to continue spending any more of your money and time as you have been waiting. They is no spa service and you call yourself supreme and spa hotel.
