most terrible experience i have ever had
When we arrived at night (11 pm) the reception is locked and the phone call go straight to voice message. I asked Hotel.com customer service to contact them and the phone call couldn't get through as well. Been waiting for around an hour until hotel.com finally found them and the guy show up to open the door for me. After I moved in it is the most horrible hotel I have ever seen, btw I am sales so I travel around different cities and live in different hotels all the time. The bulbs are flashing like I am clubbing, the wall is broken, a screw stuck out from the sink, the floor is breaking down, not clean, heating is not good and no A/C, poor quality furniture, sink in the bathroom does not work well so when I took my shower the water went all over the floor. The towel is also of poor quality. I can not believe this is an 8.6 score fabulous hotel. Also, the wall is really thin, I could hear the next-door kid yelling all the time. I barely had any sleep that night and it was terrible. Hope i could upload the videos of the flashing light.
