It is a modest hotel. The smallness of the rooms is compensated by the views of the city. It's just a couple of blocks from the National Arts Museum and the main square in the city, Plaza Murillo. The only major inconvenience is the noise, specially from Thursday to Saturday. There's a karaoke bar, a beer factory and bar in the same building, plus another live-band bar next door. I was on the fifth floor, with a priceless view over the city, but the noise was unbearable. I would have joined the karaoke but a howling dog has better singing skills than me...
