Elijah and his manager clearly aren't cut out for the hospitality business. I don't fancy myself a complainer, but check in went badly. When I got there I had printed my confirmation but he didn't look at it. I filled out all my papers and went all the way to the and of the hall on the 4th floor (at 10pm at night after a long travel day) and my key doesn't work.
I had to go all the way back down and Elijah barely said "Sorry". He made my key again and all the way back up. This time it worked but it was a single room, not a double. If he had even glanced at my receipt he could have double checked that. So I called them, they switched my room, and it was still on the 4th floor, but I still had to go all the way back down to get the new keys.
They pretty much handed me the key, said something about I must have gotten an upgrade and there was no, "Gosh we're sorry about that.."They were pretty silent. I'll give you I was a little hot, but it's not up to me to calm them down when they've goofed up.
I've stayed at a lot of BW and these guys fell pretty short. My suggestion is to find another BW in the area with better reviews.
