First and foremost, the hotel personnel are quite friendly, helpful and responsive to any request for help or advice.
The facility in general is a good place to visit and spend few days. Like in all small towns, the noise from cars with loudspeakers, barking dogs in the middle of the night are inevitable, like in some hispanic neighborhoods.
The hotel is reasonably well located, within walking distance to the city attractions. Strongly recommend a day tour to Guanajuato.
Because of the narrow sidewalks and cable stone streets, recommend sport shoes for better support. Elderly visitors, like myself, need to be extra careful to provent falls.
