The location is perfect, right at the train station which is why I picked it.
Our room overlooked the station which made for a good time watching people go here and there.
The room was big and comfortable but lacking a fridge and microwave and coffee maker.
the Concierges where Extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of the hotel and aera, 5 stars for them.
Now what needs work. The front desk persons where not so friendly and said at first they had nothing under my name, but with my con. number it was there.
Second the Bar staff was not friendly at all, it seemed like we were brothering them every time we went to get drinks, now there was some sort of conference going on which may had something to do with the tude, don't know and with the HIGH prices, we won't be at the bar again.
Third, our room should have been cleaned and towels restocked, but seems like removed the old ones, placed only bath towels back and didn't clean, very surprising for a 300+ a night room rate, also the taxes where very high, 160 total tax.
Oh, breakfast was included, and it was excellent and the staff helpful and friendly, 5 stars for them.
All in all its a toss up if we return to this hotel, many options around for lower price.
