We have visited this hotel several times since it opened and wow, it’s really gone downhill. Check in Was a mess, we booked through Expedia for “Paymwnt on arrival” however it was deducted a full day before we got there. No big deal except they made two deductions and when we arrived we were told by the desk staff “Kim” it was our problem, insisted we booked two rooms and Expedia would have to figure it out as “there, is nothing I can do about it.” We called Expedia who called “Kim” and our $ was immediately refunded.
For the room, the microwave was missing, the coffee maker didn’t work, there was a foot long crack in the shower floor, and the AC smelled like an old wet dog.
Needless to say, we won’t be back again.
