My family and I have stayed here in the past and it was fantastic. This time, not so much. While checking in the card maker wasn't working, once it worked I was given a few snacks as a "sorry" for the delay. Once we went up to our room and found out that someone was already in that room! Luckily, the door never opened, but still, awkward, let me tell you! I ran back down to get another room assigned to us and kind of expected for an upgrade or something for the mess up. Just a "we're sorry that happened" and that was it. Pretty disappointing.
Dont let this, discourage you from staying here, it was a very nice hotel and the staff was very nice. It just seemed like everyone was off the track and were struggling to get back on track.
