The young lady at check in was decent, but the first room she put us in was the worse hotel room I've ever seen in my life. It smelled horrible, like mold and cigarettes, all the lightbulbs were missing, the walls were covered in dirt and grime, the carpet was completely covered in stains, the blankets had hair all over them, and the fridge was broken with a towel shoved in it to soak up leaks.
Once we told her, she immediately apologized and said she wasn't supposed to put us in that room, and gave us a new one.
The new room was better than the absolute worst but still very poor condition. Floors stained and sticky, walls dirty, dust everywhere, computer chair Completely covered in food, dirt and dust. Not even basic hotel amenities like a blow-dryer, iron, toiletries and such. The blankets and towels were the only things that seemed okay.
Overall this hotel needs a serious remodeling, new amenities and better housekeeping. But then again you get what you paid for.
