First, I hate leaving poor reviews — but this place really needs some help.
The Good:
The staff was friendly, professional, and generally responsive.
Parking: The valet process was confusing. I was billed for two days even though my car was there for less than 24 hours. Also, the parking rates were significantly higher than what was listed online and on Hotels.com — this should really be made clearer to guests.
Facilities: The rooms, bathrooms, and lobby could definitely use a facelift — they feel a bit tired and worn.
The Not-So-Good:
The noise level was next-level bad. We were on the 16th floor with a city view, and we could hear everything — cars, sirens, you name it.
Even worse, the room next to ours was filled with young partiers who didn’t quiet down until after 4:30 AM. Security came by multiple times, but as soon as they left, the noise would start right back up. I tried calling the front desk around 4:00 AM but couldn’t get anyone to answer — it seemed like they had stopped taking calls at that point.
Follow-up: The next morning, I spoke with the front desk, and the staff member was great — professional and very understanding. She offered to move us to a different room (we didn’t end up moving), and thankfully we didn’t hear any more noise from the neighboring room after that.
I hope management takes this feedback to heart, there’s potential here, but some key improvements are needed.
