Check in was quick and easy. We were NOT directed the direction of our room, upstairs. There is no elevator. Upon entry to our room, it had a "smell". NOT A CLEAN SMELL. There was no security latch on the door. So I rigged the ironing board in hopes of added security. Sheets were stained. Pray to God NOT dirty. We literally slept in our clothes. You would think with a special event in town and expected " out of towners" you would make sure your business was in tip top shape. I will dispute my charges. I would hope since Hotels.com represents/promotes this establishment....EVERYONE NEEDS TO DO BETTER!!

Do not stay here.
Needs severe updating. Mold in the bathroom, broken door lock, ripped shower curtains. Absolutely wish I had not booked a non refundable stay. I would have left the second I arrived if I had not already paid $600 for the weekend.

Never again
Chose this hotel for the TS concert. All hotels in the city had increased prices (understandably) however this was the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever paid this amount of money for. The hotel is gross. The nicest thing is the electric fireplace in the lobby and that’s being generous. They didn’t provide wash cloths and when we asked housekeeping she didn’t have any on her cart to give. I’m done being rude.

Cheap but needs updated.
The hotel was easy to find, a good price, the guy at the front desk was very nice! It was very dated though, the phone in our room was extremely dirty and the only numbers on the actual phone were 9, 6, 5. At that point, I would just take it out the room. The lights in the entry way didn’t work. It needs a good cleaning and vacuuming! It was also crazy to me that there wasn’t an elevator in a 2 story hotel. I had to lug my heavy suit case up and down 2 flights of stairs. We just used it to get ready and sleep after the Taylor Swift concert so it is what it is but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Dirty and in need of repairs
If you’re thinking it’s a decent place to be so cheap like I was, think again…bathroom was so small you could barely turn around inside it…everything white in the room had some type of stain on it…TV remote batteries were taped into the remote and TV had a grainy picture on every channel..we requested an extra set of towels, we were given one pool towel (also pool was out of order)..breakfast was cereal with no milk, all drink dispensers were out of order, and there wasn’t even water. Overall if you’re thinking twice just spend the extra cash for somewhere suitable especially if you’re traveling with family. 1/10 would not recommend

Cheap, but not an impressive stay
Went here mostly because the price was low and it was only one night, but I was quite unimpressed. There was small black specks of dirt on the bedsheets, the curtains refused to close properly even though the window pointed directly towards rather bright lights, the freezer was in severe need of a defrost cycle and was frozen over inside, and several of the light switches on the walls didn't seem to do anything so I had to stumble in the dark to even find the wall lamp switches to see when I arrived after dark. Check in was quick and easy at least, as was checking out, but the room just wasn't taken care of all that well. The breakfast was all just bread adjacent stuff too. Cereal, very small muffins, one of those automatic pancake makers (though there was no size setting and they were tiny), and toast was all they had to offer, though at least they had syrup for the pancakes, jelly and butter for your toast, and apple juice (the orange juice machine was down). I dunno, this really could've been a lot better if the pancakes weren't so tiny and some fruit or eggs or something were available to give a little variety. Honestly I've had better stays elsewhere even at this sort of super cheap price point. You've got the customer service down, now clean up the rooms please.

Horrible
This room was disgusting. I was told there is no smoking, yet the entire hotel reeked of Marijuana. Once inside the room, there was feces on the bathroom floor. The shower wasn’t properly cleaned, hair was left in it from previous guests. I didn't bother unpacking bc there were centipedes on the non-carpeted floor. I refused to take my shoes off due to the cleanliness of the floors. Overall an awful experience and will not be going back to another Days Inn.
