After we were settled in our 2nd floor room, we discovered that a lamp was already broken, and one of the windows could not be closed completely (during temps of 28 - 38*F). A half-inch gap remained. Also, the dripping faucet & drain of our kitchenette was annoying for the light sleeper. . . Their cheerful maintainence people came promptly the first morning. They fixed the lamp, cracked the UPPER pane of the stuck window, and had no parts for repairing the dripping faucet. After our visit of 4 more nights, the window was still stuck (+ the upper pane cracked) and the faucet was still dripping. LESSON: Fully inspect rooms before accepting them.
