Not worth the money!!
Ive never checked into a hotel/resort and not been acknowledged by staff. It almost amazed me.
The employee simply said ," ID."when I approached the check in desk. Upon giving her my ID she did some clicking and looked back up and said ," swipe your credit card there." Indicating the pad to the left. I swiped and a minute of clicking later she handed me a tiny card sleeve with our room cards. No room number or direcetuins were given. She then ,literally , called over my shoulder to another employee and started a conversation with them.
Half the elevators were out of service.
The room was clean , pillows soft and bed was firm , yet not uncomfortable. Cleaning services / towels and etc. arent provided unless requested. Not a huge issue since we were only staying 2 nights.
I have no idea why they charge a resort fee when all the amenities listed are unavailable.
The jacuzzi was out of order and drained . The pool had a slight haze to the water , so much so ,that we decided not to get in.
No pool so we decided to go see the spa. They were closed hours earlier then the time stated on the signage .
We than went back to the room to relax & just order some food up to the room.. guess what??? Room service was also not availible!! In the words of the woman on the phone ," If you want something to eat you're going to have to come down and get it.
Customer service was dismal at best and we were told by numerous staff members that ,"tips are cash only!"
