Dear Hotel Manager,
I am writing to express my concern about the conditions we encountered during our recent stay at your hotel last night, Aug 31- Sept 1st. Upon arrival, we discovered mold growing on the first layer of the bed sheets in our room 112. This is a serious health hazard, as mold exposure can lead to respiratory issues and other health problems. Additionally, the sheets were dirty.
While we understand that sometimes the appearance of a room may not be perfect, the presence of mold on the bed sheets is unacceptable. We are very concerned about the potential health risks associated with mold exposure, including the possibility of inhaling mold spores and becoming ill.
Due to these unsatisfactory and hazardous conditions, we respectfully request a full refund for our stay. We hope that you will take our concerns seriously and address these issues to ensure the safety and well-being of your guests.
