When I made the reservation, I chose the option to cancel up to the day before, but I was not able to select this option unless I ordered breakfast for two people. I made the reservation under this condition, but no breakfast was provided during my stay. I went to the restaurant, but was told that breakfast was charged.
The fee structure is difficult to understand, and if they are going to charge for breakfast, I would like them to provide it as is, and if possible, I would like the breakfast fee to be refunded.
