They required a $100 cash deposit for a prepaid room. When asked about using a credit card. The told me to go to atm. Seems possibly fraidulent to me. I went elsewhere. Still trying to get my charge removed for the room. May need to report to better business bureau.
Hotel was under renovations and we had not been advised of this. I had to correct the tv connection due to a lost wire behind the dresser. There was no breakfast, not even a simple plastic wrapped muffin or coffee. This also should have been updated on their site info. During this light time of travel, information and available amenities should be given out prior to reserving a room. Staff was very pleasant and room was comfortable.

Was told about a mandatory $ 100 CASH deposit at check in....for no apparent reason...cash was to be put in an envelope and returned the next morning. Very questionable practice. I did not have 100 in cash or an ATM card so having already PAID for the room, the very nice lady attendants waived the requirement for me...whew....that was a relief. Otherwise it was a nice and comfortable stay...thx for the ladies understanding at check in!

You should not be open during renovations unless you have some rooms available that are updated. Checking guests into old rooms that smell stale (major odor) makes it hard to deal with a facade that is under construction- seems like both the outside can be done and the accommodations (rooms), no?
This hotel is under extreme renovations. Noisy construction,falling debris. No breakfast as advertised. How could they, the dining room was filled with toilets?! Not even coffee in the lobby. Reeked of pot the next morning. We had to give $100 cash when we checked in! Staff was nice, not their fault. Tried to get a refund and leave but no refundable.

The hotel was closed on arrival. When we allied the desk the recording stated that they were remodeling and changing hands to a Hampton. No call about closure. We booked two weeks prior to our trip.
