The main parts of the property, the lobby, reception, and restaurant were fine but it did not seem like much effort had been put in the rest of the property. Right by our apartment, the floor was stained with dried bird poop, the grasses were overgrown in some parts and it did not really have the feeling of a resort. Its a large property but no maps were provided and no guidance as to activities or available facilities, you basically had to figure things out for yourself. We spent alot of time waiting for the bus to move us between different parts of the property. The range for meals was quite limited, the entertainment was limited, most of the snack bars outside of the reception weren't open. There was no wifi even for a charge. Although on-line they advertised baby-sitting services, non were available on the property. It took 2 days to get our arm bands and during this period, we were denied service by some staff and had to keep going back to the reception for them to explain. This was fine when the issue was getting lunch in the restaurant but not when we were trying to get drinks at a remote bar. Overall, it was quite disappointing and we eventually checked out and moved to a more suitable resort.
