The Landmark is a lovely hotel with so many great points: convenient location, clean, and most importantly- a great staff.
From check in to check out, with the Club Floor staff to the newly refurbished breakfast in the Atrium, to the doormen, to the cleaning staff-- superb. Attentive, responsive, and proactive.
The only criticism- parts of the building/room needed some loving care. Minor incoveniences or blemishes. For example, when one of the four elevators wouldn't open even though it was on the correct floor, it wouldn't allow the other elevators to come down when pushing the up button, causing a bit of a traffic jam in the lobby. Some scuff marks along with the bathroom sink faucet being loose made the room slightly less appealing. Having said that, the bed was comfortable and felt clean, the room was serviced at least twice a day, and overall it felt safe.
Would I stay again? Sure, absolutely- as long as they continue to provide such kind service at a reasonable price that helps me overlook some of its shortcomings.
