We were extremely disappointed with our recent stay. The condition of the room did not meet even basic cleanliness standards—the floors were so dirty that my socks turned black from simply walking around. The kitchen appliances appeared extremely outdated and poorly maintained. The hot plate on the stove had visible oil spills, which emitted a very unpleasant odor when used. Additionally, there was no dishwashing liquid provided, and we were surprised to find that basic complementary items like sugar, coffee, tea, or salt were missing.
The bathroom was equally unsatisfactory. There was no hair dryer, the sinkhole valve was missing, and the bathtub was in terrible condition with a severely blocked drain—it took nearly an hour for water to fully drain after use.
The only redeeming aspects were the clean bed linens and towels. Unfortunately, the overall experience was so poor that we had to cut our stay short and checked out after the second night, even though we had booked for three nights.
We brought all of these concerns to the attention of the reception staff, but were informed that the hotel was fully booked and no alternate rooms were available. My wife and children were understandably very upset with the experience. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the condition and amenities of the rooms for future guests.
Overall it was TERRIBLE, i request a refund on this.!
