Very nice
Amazing all around and the superior room was perfect for my husband and I who did ALOT of shopping! Staff is friendly and there's even a Disney store near the restaurant which was great for buying last moment snacks as gifts. The bed was fairly stiff for my liking but it was good enough to sleep in.

Okura bay was a great place to stay for our days at Disneyland and Disney Sea. The place offered a shuttle to bayside station to catch the Disney monorail to the parks. Even if the shuttle wasn’t offered, it’s literally a 5 min walk to the station. Hotel room was spacious. 2 waters provided daily. Small convenience store in hotel for other snacks or drinks.

This was a wonderful place to stay to visit Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Seas. They offer a shuttle service to the Disneyland Resort train line (aka Monorail). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Most speak English.

A great hotel if you’re visiting either Disney parks or need to get to the airport. 6 minute walk from bayside station, but also a bus service if you have luggage or small children regularly until quite late. Riding the monorail is cheap and easy too! Only ¥700 for a day ticket ¥300 for single journey. The hotel is clean, comfortable and spacious, has a convenience store and late night bakery, also vending machines. Best amenities we had available at the entirety of our stay in Japan and we stayed in 6 different hotels. Room was huge and we had a large sunken bathtub with bath gel available - perfect after a long day of walking. Staff are friendly and helpful too. Very much recommmend,

Great location but tired hotel
The room was huge and a very welcome after the pokey rooms we’d been staying in before. The bathroom was also big, with a nice, deep bath and separate shower. The location is perfect for Tokyo Disney resort as it faces Bayside monorail station. Sadly the hotel is looking very tired and in need of renovation. Not just because of the very retro features but wallpaper curling on the edges, broken doors and our room even had exposed electrics on the floor lamp. Also the facilities aren’t as good as neighbouring hotels, with 1 restaurant and a small shop. We ended up using the bar, restaurant and Lawson in the Hilton next door. This hotel was still cheaper than the others, so if all you want is a comfy bed with a good location for Disney, it is still worth booking but other than that I’d say look elsewhere

Pros: Room size is incredible. Great location. Within walking distance of station and bus shuttle available. Service is great from staff at front desk to food service. Buffet options were really good and had lots of variety. The french toast and omurice were made on the spot which was fun. Takeaway option from restaurant is handy when you want to just relax and eat in your room. Cons: Toilet was a bit run down. Marble floor was loose. Grout in shower had some mould in it. (The facemask and bath toiletries were a great touch though. We’re a sucker for self care items). A little bit of stale smell in the room. Overall, we’d highly recommend this place over the Toy Story Hotel next door which we also used. We just had a lovely experience in general and would come back again for our next trip.

Hotel Okura was a delightful and charming stay. The rooms very extremely spacious and more than sufficient for my family for 4. While the decor and furnishings were a little dated, the room was clean and comfortable. The toilets were huge, and my kids enjoyed playing in the bathtub. The hotel is also very generous with their shower amenities, with an additional set of facial cleansers and moisturisers for you to use. This was not something I saw in many other hotels. There is a small convenience store in the hotel, though it should be mentioned that the store isn't 24 hours, and closes at 10pm. There are some basic supplies and essential items in the store, but don't expect to see food items like you do in Family Mart or Lawsons. There is a kombini some distance away from Hotel Okura, but do note that it is quite a walk. The hotel breakfast was perhaps what surprised me the most. The hotel has several different restaurant/dining areas around their premises, and all of them are open on different days. On my last day in the hotel, I dined at one of their larger venues on level 1, and was pleasantly suprised by the wide variety of food choices, ranging from local to Western dishes, and even a dedicated kids' section. I'm not sure if the same spread would be offered at all of their venues though.
