The temperature throughout the hotel was set at 68 F, in August! Freezing cold inside, while outside we were dressed for summer. Why keep a winter temperature inside?
In addition, the room thermostat was also set at 68F, again finding the room freezing cold, with no option to make it warmer (I was tood that setting a heat temperature in the room won't work because the boiler is off in summer).
So, not enjoyable to spend time neither in the room nor in the common areas. We went out as much as possible.
I don't expect the temperature to be 80F, but come on..... 68F in summer is too cold. Make it 72 or 74, and if people want, they can always lower it in their own rooms.
It feels uncomfortable and a waste of energy.
