I had an unexpected problem upon check-in. I opened my wallet, and my DL was missing! I had not gotten it back from a different hotel miles away from the previous night. I was distraught. The clerk wouldn't let me check in and called a manager, She was TERRIBLE. No sympathy for my situation at all. She offered no options for me to check-in. She was dismissive and rude. She was terrible. Finally, the initial clerk let me check in with my Costco card. Why can we use credit cards everywhere, without ID, but not in hotels? I am 69, and I've never encountered a worse "manager" than this woman. She even said that I "should carry a photo ID." She was totally dismissive and just walked away with no concern for my issue. Terrible experience. Thank you to the original clerk for caring about my issue
