Beware!! This hotel offers no respect nor hospitality for their guests. I have traveled the whole world and have never been so ill treated.
While enjoying my first breakfast (which is of a horrible quality) a lady from the reception came towards me and surprised me by simply yelling- I am not kidding the woman was shaking! She argued that I did not write my room number on her list.
If I had seen her, of course I would - as I have in many other hotels around the world when the hostess is right in front of the breakfast entrance. In this case, she was simply in the middle of the hall- of course I did not see her nor was aware that by not signing up my room I would be entitled to a free humiliating extremely aggressive treatment!
I am beyond shocked, I have worked in the hospitality industry and could have never imagined that paying a quite expensive room (honestly for such lack of humanity even a 1$ per night room is expensive) we would be given zero respect. Me and my parents are horrified, we felt treated like animals!!
Moreover, beware, other than the crazy lady in the reception and her colleague who consented to her actions — this hotel DOES NOT help any non-speaking Japanese person to make ANY reservations (as you can see in the picture ) They also DO NOT HELP with any inquiry. When we arrived we politely asked the reception if they could call a restaurant, that we had found on the internet, to see if they have any availability in the next 30 minutes. The lady in the
