Personal muy amables pero la localidad no se parece como está en las fotos de Expidiia, lo separe x tel pero al llegar vimos no es igual como parece, hablamos con el personal de enfrente y nos devolvieron el dinero. No tengo problemas con el lugar pero no me gustó

Stay AWAY
The only things good about this place is the free parking and the location. The room is the most dingy and nasty place I have ever stayed. Everything about this place is low quality. They make motel 6 look like a 5 star hotel. The elevator was broken the entire time were there. Not one maintenance person came to attempt to fix it. The "breakfast" they offer is such a joke. It is just stale bread and bagels. The room is again low quality. There were stains all over the bed and pillows. Every wash cloth and towel had either stains or hair embedded in them. Same for the the new ones we requested. The bathroom and shower were gross. The bed is hard as a rock. The room has a very musty smell and it was because the bathroom was leaking water into the carpet. Front desk claimed that they didn't know about it but if you did a regular walk through of the rooms like hospitality is suppose to, you would know. Also how did house keeping not say a word?! The guest they cater to are very sus. Almost every guest I encountered seemed to be on drugs. It did not feel safe to stay there but we had no other option. They even let a homeless man unpack all of his smelly possession out on the lobby floor. Overall clientele makes you feel like you need to check your pockets to make sure your wallet is still there. When you call the front desk for something they make you come down and get it which is not standard hotel service, just plain laziness.If you have any morsel of standards don't stay here!

Wait until they renovate
The Seville Plaza Hotel is in desperate need of repairs and updates. We had issues with the toilet flushing and when we called the front desk, were offered a downgraded room. All the fixtures in the room are old and worn, there was a lack of caulking in the shower/tub combo and it looked like it was moldy, the carpet had stains. They are planning to complete a renovation soon, but we will not be staying this hotel again.

Seville on the Plaza is Great
This was our second stay due to two surgeries. The hotel is located very close to the Plaza and St. Luke’s Hospital. For the price, this hotel is wonderful. There are other comparable hotels nearby which are much more expensive. Although we haven’t been able to use them, there is a happy hour and a breakfast. The desk clerks have been so nice to us. It’s a great place!

Not a Bargain
No hot water for showers. Breakfast bar was bleak. Had to repeatedly flush toilet to get the contents to completely flush. Definitely dated

There was no hot water. When asked they said they could not do anything because we booked through you guys. There was no remote for the TV when we got to the room. She had to come twice and it still didn't work. The parking lot was icy. I fell and the lady chuckled. Didn't ask if I was ok or anything

Toilet won’t flush
Check in was good told the receptionist we was dropping our bags and going to dinner when we got back went to shower and toilet didn’t flush.. they gave us another room but it was basically the same thing. Slept and left first thing this morning!

It was an odd experience. Pretty rundown but they’re planning full renovation by summer. Mostly great staff. Good location. Odd clientele. Terrible breakfast, which seems to be a thing-they warn you in advance. It is, in fact, terrible. They joke that it’s terrible. Reserving judgment until the renovation after which I feel like I’ll either describe it as a hidden gem or never go back.

HORRIBLE HOTEL! - DO NOT BOOK!
I would not recommend this place AT ALL. The walls are paper thin. I could hear every detail of conversations happening in the next room. The water pressure is inconsistent allegedly due to construction on the streetcar. However, you aren’t informed of that until after you arrive. Had I known I’d have chosen a different property. There was one day I had to wash up in the sink because there was literally no water coming out of the shower head. I called down for extra towels and was told they didn’t have any clean ones on hand and to come back later. Hotels should never be completely out of clean towels! Lastly the room was not cleaned. I found a LONG fingernail from a previous guest on the carpet and strands of hair in the bathroom that were not mine. The staff was pleasant enough but the property is just a step above a dump. It is very old and clearly has not been well maintained. Do not stay here. Fork out a few extra bucks a night and stay somewhere else. You will absolutely regret it if you book with this hotel.

Room had mold on the lamp at the desk. Very old hotel that is in badly need of a update and deep clean! My wife wanted to change hotels after she saw the condition the eoom was in after we checked in but nothing nice was available in the area. Would not stay again unless the update this place. Staff was friendly but that the only positive thing i can say!

They have notices via social media and throughout the facility renovations are coming, however service is still required. You could see the dust in the rooms, dirt along the baseboards/carpet. They offer bagels, toast, coffee, juice complimentary but they did not replenish the food. Two of the three mornings they ran out of coffee having to wait 10/15 minutes for coffee ONLY after we asked to make more coffee. The toasters took forever to toast the bagels and the lever to push the toast/bagel down was broke. The area was not maintained. The lobby has a tv, we asked to turn the tv on to watch the football game as our group had 6 people, the girl at front desk did not even know there was a tv and then said did not know how to work it. Maybe she was new but made no offer to help. Customer service, maintaining areas makes a HUGE difference. There was one girl at the front desk (pm shift) on two of three nights we were there, she was AMAZING. She provided excellent service, engaged in conversations, offered assistance. She was the ONLY reason we stayed. I wish I would have asked for her name because she was GREAT.
