I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected from a 5-star establishment. The cleanliness was a major issue throughout my stay. The elevators were consistently dirty, and my room wasn’t much better – dust in the corners, unclean surfaces, and an overall feeling of neglect. To make matters worse, the housekeeping staff didn’t replenish basic amenities like toilet paper or toiletries, despite several requests.
The food situation was equally disappointing. Dining at the buffet felt like living the same day over and over again – the same bland, unappetizing meals were served each day, with no variety or improvement.
The bars were another letdown. Despite having bottles of premium alcohol on display, these were empty, and instead, the cheapest possible alternatives were served. It felt like a bait and switch.
The staff also didn’t help improve the atmosphere, as most of them appeared unfriendly and indifferent, rarely offering a smile or making you feel welcome.
In general, the entire hotel felt unclean and poorly maintained. It certainly doesn’t live up to its supposed 5-star rating, and I cannot recommend it.
