Bad experience, We went a couple of days with friends for a birthday of one their kid and everything went wrong, nothing good to say. I have always chosen Hyatt over other hotels when I go on vacation, and it has always been a pleasure, but this time I cannot say the same, at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa, Bonita Springs first the hotel is full of people who are not guest, because they offer passes for a day that makes everything difficult for those that pay to have a few days of peace as a family, is difficult to find even where to sit. They didn’t do room service, I had to go on 2 occasions to remind them that I had requested a microwave because I have an infants and I needed to boil hers bottles. If you want calm and good service this is not the hotel to visit, a shame, because I must say that it is not common in Hyatt Hotels.
